  1. Island Big Loop - 41 Mile Bike Route
  2. GTS 11.5 Mile Bike Route

GROUP BIKE

  1. Tuesday & Thursday - 6pm from Go Tri Sports
  2. Saturday - 8am from Go Tri Sports
  3. Sunday - 8am from Creative Arts Elementary School (MAP)

SWIM

  1. Lap Swim - Island Recreation Center
  2. Open Water - Coligny Beach

GROUP OPEN WATER SWIM
