Go Tri Sports is Hilton Head Island’s Headquarters for the triathlete, runner, and general fitness freak.

We are the only shop that is owned and operated by experienced triathletes, runners, and cyclists who are able to provide you with superior service, experienced advice, and positive support that serves to help you reach your goals and needs.

Since 2000, we have been servicing everyone - from the serious triathlete seeking training and competition advice to the recreational athlete seeking the proper gear and advice. We are sure to provide you with what you need to "find your freedom." Shoe Fit: We specialize in fitting people into the proper shoe for running and walking.

We have years of experience in performing foot strike analysis for those seeking a proper pair of running or walking shoes. We spend the time to study your specific biomechanics and foot type, and listen to your preferences before recommending a shoe that best suits your running or walking style.

Bike Fit: We have many years experience in fitting the triathlete and cyclist on their bike. We will to spend the proper time to assess your current position and make changes if needed - or, we can help you find your optimal position if you are new to triathlon / cycling. This service is free to anyone purchasing a bike from us - and, it is offered at a small fee for those that already have a bike. Please contact us for details or questions.

Who Are We? Who Are We? Go Tri Sports is owned and operated by John Dogger, an active and experienced triathlete and runner. John trains regularly and leads group swims, bikes, and runs several times per week on Hilton Head Island. We are commited to providing superior service, experienced advice, and positive support that serves to help you reach your fitness goals.

Our Philosophy At Go Tri Sports, we believe that triathlon is a lifestyle as much as a sport or goal. We believe the fitness and health that is derived from triathlon benefits every aspect of one's life - from your physical state to your mental state. We advocate a lifestyle involving activity and knowledge that preserves and benefits your health. We promote a cross-training exercise regime (of course, we are partial to the swim, bike, and run), a nutritional and balanced diet, and an informed approach to any training program.
